The success of anything is dependent upon an emotional connection to it. An individual sees a need, feels that need, and is driven by that feeling to do something about the need. Great accomplishments are always preceded by an infusion of passion birthed from a burden.
A burden is a heavy load upon someone that ultimately moves that person to do something that will lighten the load. A thing cannot be considered a burden unless it has a measure of weight that becomes uncomfortable. Many avoid what could be a burden while others are sensitive enough to look for, feel and respond by allowing the pressure to move them to some form of action.
Passion emerges as the weight of a burden grows in intensity. Passion is the intense drive that is formed in one that motivates them to action thus relieving the pressure of the burden. Passion is the fuel that lights the flame of effort within a person.
